The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders across the Air & Water Customer Success and Operations organizations to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support, while leading talent management and key employee experience initiatives across the broader Air & Water business. This position requires a proactive approach, is highly organized, collaborative, and energized by building scalable people processes in a dynamic growth environment. This role requires a curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for leveraging AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
