The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams, helping to shape talent strategies, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support business objectives. This role partners closely with leaders across the organization to drive engagement, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives while ensuring an exceptional associate experience. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, influence outcomes, and effectively partner with leaders at all levels.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to organizational objectives.
Proven leadership coaching, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, supported by sound judgment and discretion.
Collaborative, resourceful, and highly effective at influencing across teams and functions without direct authority.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or related leadership support responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Human Resources preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and teams to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, talent management, and change leadership.
Provide strategic guidance and support related to performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce planning.
Consult with leaders on complex associate relations matters, policy interpretation, and organizational challenges while balancing business needs and risk mitigation.
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping leaders navigate growth, transformation, and evolving business needs.
Analyze workforce and talent data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve engagement, retention, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions.
Conduct investigations and partner with Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders as appropriate.
Participate in and lead cross-functional projects that advance people, culture, and business priorities.
