TSC is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing organization. This role is critical in driving HR strategies that align with business priorities and ensuring a positive employee experience. The Senior HRBP will partner closely with Operations, Program, and corporate stakeholders to execute the company’s HR strategy, foster organizational growth, and provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong, productive relationships across line and program management teams, supporting key initiatives including employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and succession planning. The successful candidate will independently collaborate across HR and other corporate functions to solve complex challenges, serve as a trusted agent, and align HR strategies with business priorities to ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a practical, solution-oriented approach to HR objectives and challenges. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to build productive relationships across all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to work onsite as needed at TSC’s Huntsville, AL facility with remote work available at other times.
