You will be the primary advisor to the COO and General Counsel, ensuring the company is protected through meticulous compliance, sophisticated policy management, and expert-level benefits administration. You will lead the charge on FMLA, policy enforcement, and HR procedures. You aren't just following rules; you are advising senior management on how to mitigate risk and handle sensitive employee issues. You will own the payroll cycle for the entire company. Hands-on experience with ADP is a plus. You will manage a heavy volume of benefits administration, requiring a "no-errors" mindset and deep knowledge of health, 401(k), and life insurance programs. From employee sourcing to staff integration, you will manage the full lifecycle of the company’s talent, ensuring a professional, seamless experience from first touch to first day.
