The Senior Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing advanced administrative and operational support within the HR department to better service the LoanPeople organization. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with more complex HR processes. This role serves as a trusted resource to employees and leaders and helps drive consistency, efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the organization. Candidates must live in the Austin area and be available to work in office 1-2 days per week. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • A positive, company-first attitude with a strong sense of ownership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support core employee lifecycle processes, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.
  • Maintain and audit HR systems and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist with performance documentation, employee relations matters, and compliance initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employee questions.
  • Ensure personnel files meet policy and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and filings.
  • Partner on process improvements and workflow enhancements.
  • Support implementation of new HR systems or tools.
  • Support special projects that strengthen HR operations.
  • Support and participate in Culture Committee initiatives and company events
  • Foster a collaborative, client-focused, and inclusive team culture, including active participation in initiatives that reinforce core values
