About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professional to promote our Hospice's unique programs and services. This role involves establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice. The ideal candidate will have hospice sales experience, local market knowledge, job stability, and a proven track record of performance. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.

Requirements

  • Hospice Sales Experience Required
  • Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are a must
  • Familiarity with Contact Management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
  • Minimum: 3 years sales experience as outlined above (REQUIRED).

Responsibilities

  • Promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.
  • Establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
  • Utilize Contact Management software.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills.
