About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Hospice Sales Executive to develop, expand, and maintain strong referral-source relationships across the assigned market. This role involves representing hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families, and community partners. You will identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through consistent outside sales activity, working closely with internal clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and smooth transitions into care. Requirements

Hospice and/or Home Health Sales experience required.
Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral-development experience strongly preferred.
Established local contacts/referral sources strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge, job stability and proven, verifiable performance are must-haves.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
Familiarity with CRM/contact management software preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven healthcare environment.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance required.
