About The Position

This role is for a Senior Hospice/Home Health Sales Executive. The position offers an excellent benefits package, a highly lucrative base salary plus a bonus package. The company is looking for professionals with high energy, compassion, and sales and marketing skills to promote their unique Hospice or Home Health programs and services. This involves establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

Requirements

Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services - 2 or more years of successful experience required.
Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
Familiarity with Contact Management software
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
Hospice and/or Home Health Sales: 2 years (REQUIRED)
