About The Position

We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Healthcare Business Analyst to support business operations, technology initiatives, and process improvements within the healthcare domain. The role involves working with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that improve patient care, compliance, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and system requirements in the healthcare domain (payer, provider, claims, EHR/EMR, pharmacy, or regulatory compliance).
  • Experience translating stakeholders into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, QA, clinicians, operations).
  • Experience analyzing healthcare data, workflows, and reporting needs, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Experience conducting gap analysis between current and future state processes.
  • Experience supporting system implementation, testing (UAT, SIT), and change management activities.
  • Experience creating process flows, data mappings, and documentation for healthcare systems and applications.
  • Experience monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT), and regulatory change.
