By designing scalable programs and translating legislation into practical solutions, the role ensures compliance while advancing a proactive, risk-based safety culture. Its impact is seen in safer workplaces, reduced incidents, and improved operational resilience, enabling leaders and teams to embed prevention-focused practices into everyday operations.
