Banner Plans & Networks (BPN) is an accountable care organization that joins Arizona's largest health care provider, Banner Health, and an extensive network of primary care and specialty physicians to provide the most comprehensive healthcare solutions for Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County. Through BPN, known nationally as an innovative leader in new health care models, insurance plans and physicians are coming together to work collaboratively to keep members in optimal health, while reducing costs. POSITION SUMMARY This position will design, develop, and deliver internal and external training programs for Banner Plan Network department. This hybrid role combines strategic curriculum design with a mix of remote work and essential on-site facilitation. The position will require travel regularly across Arizona locations to deliver high-impact training that ensures compliance, enhances member care, builds empathy, and supports healthcare operations. This position ensures that staff members and contracted providers are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support health plan members and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
