About The Position

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its outpatient practice in Shoreline, Washington. One Medical Seniors provides relationship-based primary care, particularly for adults on Medicare and people who may need additional attention. Its care model includes smaller patient panels, team-based care, outcome-focused payment, and technology designed to support care delivery. The physician works closely with Medical Directors and the care team in delivering care and contributing to ongoing practice innovation. The role uses coaching and integrated behavioral health approaches to engage geriatric patients, along with One Medical’s proprietary electronic health record to plan individual care and improve population health. The practice offers weekly protected time for provider team building and discussion of challenging cases. The base salary range is $286,900 to $343,100 per year. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and work location, and may include restricted stock unit grants and benefits. Regular team members working at least 24 hours per week and their dependents are eligible for benefits beginning on the hire date. Work schedules may change based on business direction.

Requirements

At least 2 years of primary care experience.
Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Washington state.
Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
Partner with the care team and use One Medical Seniors coaching and integrated behavioral health models to engage geriatric patients in care and support behavior change.
Use One Medical’s proprietary electronic health record to plan care for individual patients and maximize impact across the patient population.
Work closely with Medical Directors in care delivery and ongoing practice innovation.
Participate in weekly protected provider time for team building and discussion of challenging cases.
