As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, integrate, and validate hardware systems. This role requires hands-on ownership from architecture through production, with expertise down to the component level, including PCB design, layout, RF integration, and system bring-up. Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on hardware development experience with a proven track record of product releases.
  • Strong knowledge of RF systems, wireless products, signal integrity, high-speed design, and power integrity.
  • Experience with ASIC/SoC development and hardware integration for wireless products.
  • Expertise with SoCs, ARM-based processors, microcontrollers, and interfaces including PCIe, USB, I2C, SPI, UART, embedded flash, and high-speed serial.
  • Deep understanding of power architectures, battery-powered systems, and hardware interface protocols.
  • Strong schematic design, component selection, PCB design, and layout review experience.
  • Experience with bring-up, validation, and debugging of mixed-signal hardware.
  • Proficiency with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and multimeters.
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred).
  • Experience developing prototypes and shipping highly integrated electronic products to production.

Responsibilities

  • Own hardware designs from concept through production.
  • Develop and validate proof-of-concept prototypes.
  • Lead component selection and RF system development.
  • Design and integrate Cellular, BLE, RFID, Wi-Ra, and LoRa platforms.
  • Perform hardware bring-up, validation, characterization, and debugging.
  • Use RF simulation and lab tools for testing and optimization.
  • Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, design documentation, and production packages.
  • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, component alternatives, and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Develop custom hardware modules as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver robust, production-ready products.
