About The Position

Blue Origin’s TeraWave Gateway team is developing advanced ground infrastructure to support high-capacity satellite communications. The Senior Hardware Engineer will contribute to the development, evaluation, and optimization of electronic hardware and components used in gateway subsystems. The role calls for a strong foundation in electrical engineering, semiconductor technologies, microelectronics, and hardware development. The engineer will work closely with RF, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to evaluate electronic components, assess emerging technologies, support hardware design decisions, and address component-level performance, integration interfaces, thermal, and packaging considerations. The successful candidate will apply device-level understanding, circuit analysis, experimental characterization, and practical hardware-development experience to help deliver reliable, manufacturable, and scalable gateway hardware.
