Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic design and embedded systems development.
  • Expertise in electronic design and embedded hardware architectures.
  • Advanced experience in electronic schematics, PCBs, hardware debugging, and hardware-software integration.
  • Solid knowledge of embedded systems, power management, and product development.
  • Experience with technical leadership, manufacturing transfers, certifications, and supplier management.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Technical leadership and excellent decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strategic, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex hardware solutions.
  • Define design approaches, technological choices, and component selection strategies.
  • Ensure the delivery of critical hardware subsystems from concept to production.
  • Oversee the design of electronic schematics, PCB development, validation, and board bring-up.
  • Conduct technical analyses, investigations, and complex problem-solving.
  • Define testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Provide technical leadership during design reviews and engineering decisions.
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and product management teams.
  • Manage technical relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Support certification, compliance, and manufacturing transfer activities.
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced engineers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the technology roadmap.
