Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift, Senior Guest Services Coordinator. Shift/Hours: Full-time, 40 hours a week, working Day Shift. The Guest Services Specialist oversees and is accountable for the daily operations of the Guest Services Team, including staff scheduling and training Oversee daily operations of the guest services team to ensure high-quality service. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Monitor and analyze guest service metrics to identify areas for improvement. Organize and lead team meetings to discuss goals and performance. Maintain knowledge of services to assist guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital , located in Virginia Beach, VA, is home to the region’s only Level III Trauma Center.
