About The Position

Bevi is seeking a Sr. Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will serve as the operational backbone for GTM leadership, responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, using data to inform decisions, and ensuring the GTM strategy is translated into clear, measurable execution. The position is at the intersection of analytics, operational rigor, and strategic thinking, partnering with the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to provide GTM leaders with the necessary data, reporting, and operational structure for weekly and quarterly business management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales/Business Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Planning, or a related function.
  • Significant experience in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • Strong analytical background with a proven track record of drawing insights from large datasets and translating them into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Expert Salesforce fluency.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel) and executive presentation software.
  • Excellent communicator and project manager, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives, making final recommendations, and presenting comfortably to senior executives.
  • Operationally focused, process-oriented, and data-driven; ability to build metrics-driven environments and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
  • Strategic thinker who can manage both high-level annual plans and detailed weekly pipeline numbers.
  • Self-directed and highly organized, owning workstreams end-to-end and proactively flagging risks.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment where priorities shift and speed matters.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the weekly rhythm of the business, including operational reviews of KPIs, leading revenue and pipeline meetings, and coordinating updates on strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Lead ongoing reporting on business performance to support GTM leadership and daily operations, ensuring timely and relevant information delivery.
  • Manage the end-to-end quarterly business review process, including template design, data preparation, facilitation, and follow-through on action items.
  • Build and maintain the GTM operating calendar to ensure planning cycles, reviews, and cross-functional check-ins occur on schedule and with purpose.
  • Translate company-level initiatives into segment-level execution plans and drive alignment across teams.
  • Build and maintain the executive revenue dashboard for board-level visibility into Sales, marketing performance, and overall GTM performance against plan.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the go-to-market model across Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, conversion, and rep productivity.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, measuring channel performance, campaign ROI, and MQL-to-close conversion across segments.
  • Provide analytical depth to prioritize and drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth, including scenario modeling, opportunity sizing, and quantifying tradeoffs.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Data, and GTM Engineering to ensure data integrity and a trustworthy reporting infrastructure.
  • Support the Sr. Director in GTM leadership discussions by preparing data-backed materials, analysis, and clear summaries.
  • Build strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and GTM Engineering to ensure strategy translates into execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior members of the RevOps team on analytical methods, business acumen, and stakeholder communication.
