About The Position

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior GTM Recruiter to help build a world-class organization. This is a high-impact role partnering directly with senior leadership to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping the recruiting experience, driving operational excellence, and scaling a high-performing GTM function. This role is ideal for someone who holds a high bar for talent, thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, and brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution. You should be business-minded, data-driven, and passionate about creating a recruiting experience that reflects a people-first culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM or Sales hiring.
  • Minimum 2 years of in-house recruiting experience at a fast-growing Series B or later-stage SaaS company.
  • Proven success developing top-of-funnel strategies and sourcing passive talent through creative and data-informed methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with precision and follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence, advise, and build trust with executives and hiring managers.
  • Experience leveraging ATS and sourcing tools (preferably Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Findem, or equivalent).
  • Business acumen and a systematic approach to recruiting operations, with a clear understanding of how hiring drives organizational success.
  • Passion for building scalable recruiting processes, driving efficiency, and contributing to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions, including new and evolving roles.
  • Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitive analysis to ensure a healthy, high-quality funnel.
  • Use data and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements for speed and quality.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: guiding interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and decision-making.
  • Champion Scribe’s brand and culture by authentically pitching our mission and value proposition to candidates.
  • Continuously improve tools, workflows, and candidate experience within our ATS (Ashby) and recruiting systems.
