About The Position

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a rapidly scaling AI startup to identify a Senior GTM Recruiter who will own and execute the hiring strategy for the company's go-to-market organization. This is a pivotal role for a recruiter who thrives in early-stage environments, values a high talent bar, and understands how great GTM hiring directly impacts revenue, culture, and category leadership. This role is not transactional. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design recruiting strategy, influence leadership, and deliver results in fast-moving, resource-conscious settings to be considered for interview. The Opportunity The company is scaling from approximately 20 employees to 70+ , and GTM hiring will be central to that growth. As the Senior GTM Recruiter, you will partner directly with founders and GTM leadership to build high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations —without sacrificing quality or culture. You will be entrusted with significant ownership, from defining candidate profiles to shaping recruiting infrastructure in a scrappy, high-velocity environment. Your work will play a direct role in positioning the company as a category leader in AI for IT teams.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
  • Strong focus on sales hiring , particularly Account Executives
  • Experience recruiting within outbound-driven sales organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting at high-growth Series A–E startups
  • Proven track record of helping build or scale GTM teams during rapid company growth
  • Strong, active network of Sales and Marketing professionals , particularly within Silicon Valley
  • Deep expertise in outbound sourcing, pipeline development, and conversion optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using recruiting metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Familiarity with technical product sales or selling into technical buyer personas
  • High agency, adaptability, and comfort building processes where none exist

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Partner closely with founders and GTM leaders to define hiring priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and success criteria
  • Drive proactive outbound sourcing to build strong, consistent top-of-funnel pipelines across multiple channels
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting , from initial outreach through offer negotiation and close
  • Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's values and ambition
  • Build, refine, and scale early-stage recruiting systems, workflows, and tools to support rapid growth
  • Use data and feedback loops to continuously improve hiring outcomes and efficiency
