About The Position

Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency focused on driving pipeline growth for mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS companies. They achieve this by generating pipeline through content distributed across various channels including LLMs, search, social media, and communities like Reddit. The company is seeking a Senior GTM Manager to lead their own marketing efforts, applying the same strategies they offer to clients. This role is a hybrid of GTM and marketing, responsible for demand generation, content distribution, and enhancing the brand's market presence to establish Foundation as a leading partner for AI visibility solutions. The position involves close collaboration with the sales team, treating content as a primary driver for filling and accelerating the sales pipeline. This is a strategic role where the individual will define the strategy, manage the content calendar, oversee content creation, manage distribution across all relevant channels, and partner with sales for conversion. While execution support will be available, the strategic direction rests with this role.

Requirements

  • Experience running marketing for a B2B agency, B2B SaaS company, or B2B services firm with ownership of the pipeline number.
  • Proven ability to build a content and distribution program.
  • Experience working closely with a sales team, understanding pipeline, deal cycles, and content's role in sales conversations.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to think clearly on the page.
  • Experience with SEO, GEO, and AI search as part of the content mix.
  • Some experience with paid social or paid search with a real budget.

Responsibilities

  • Own Foundation's inbound pipeline, specifically qualified opportunities sourced from marketing.
  • Manage the content and distribution system to position Foundation as the go-to solution for AI visibility.
  • Oversee the distribution layer, including repurposing, syndication, community seeding, and paid amplification.
  • Manage the brand's market presence, including voice, point of view, and positioning.
  • Provide monthly reporting on marketing performance, identifying successful strategies and areas for focus.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on joint pipeline reviews.
  • Develop sales enablement assets, customer stories, objection-handling content, and outbound-ready materials.
  • Execute account-based plays in coordination with sales.
  • Establish feedback loops from sales to inform the content and distribution roadmap.
