The Transformation Office at Trulioo drives operational excellence, scalable systems, and cross-functional execution across the company. We partner closely with Product, Revenue, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to implement new tools, redesign workflows, enable automation (RPA), and integrate AI-driven capabilities. As Trulioo continues to evolve its product offerings and go-to-market (GTM) strategy, we are hiring an Instructional Designer, GTM & Transformation to lead product, sales, and systems enablement that supports commercialization and adoption — from design through delivery. This is not a traditional L&D role. You will work directly alongside Product, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Transformation leaders to ensure that new product launches, feature enhancements, pricing/packaging updates, and system rollouts are translated into clear, measurable enablement programs — and effectively delivered to drive behavior change and business impact. This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the San Diego office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, product enablement, or L&D in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Direct experience delivering training (virtual and in-person) to revenue or customer-facing teams.
  • Experience supporting product launches and commercialization efforts.
  • Experience building and facilitating sales training programs tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Experience supporting system implementations (CRM, SaaS tools, automation platforms).
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and sales enablement best practices.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, actionable training.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.) and LMS platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Operations.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure both learning and business impact.
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Commercially minded — understands how training drives revenue outcomes.
  • Confident facilitator who can command a room and drive engagement.
  • Systems thinker who connects product, process, and performance.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, especially during launches and transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Product & GTM Enablement Partner with Product and Product Marketing to design and deliver enablement programs for: New product launches, Feature enhancements, Pricing and packaging updates, Market expansion initiatives
  • Translate complex product capabilities into sales-ready messaging, training content, and use-case materials.
  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions to Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to support commercialization readiness.
  • Reinforce learning through workshops, role plays, and scenario-based exercises tied to real customer conversations.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and continuous education programs for Revenue teams.
  • Facilitate instructor-led sessions, cohort-based learning, and hands-on workshops.
  • Develop learning paths aligned to GTM roles (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success).
  • Create practical, scenario-based training tied to pipeline progression and deal execution.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to reinforce CRM usage, pipeline discipline, and process adherence.
  • Embed reinforcement mechanisms (microlearning, job aids, certifications, deal support resources).
  • Design and deliver training programs to support system implementations (CRM, automation tools, AI-enabled workflows).
  • Facilitate live training sessions and office hours during system rollouts and process changes.
  • Create SOP documentation, walkthrough videos, and system simulations to accelerate adoption.
  • Ensure training is embedded into change management plans for all major initiatives.
  • Support rollout of RPA and AI-enabled tools by designing and delivering targeted learning programs.
  • Help teams understand not only how to use tools, but how automation changes workflows and performance expectations.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and enhance personalized learning experiences.
  • Define success metrics for enablement programs (e.g., ramp time, win rates, feature adoption, system utilization).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance data.
  • Partner with RevOps and Product Analytics to connect training outcomes to revenue and operational KPIs.
  • Continuously refine both content and delivery approaches based on insights.
  • Standardize enablement frameworks, delivery playbooks, and templates within the Transformation Office.
