This is a hands-on role focused on building production systems, not a consulting or strategy role. The specialist will work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations & Enablement teams to identify opportunities for AI to create leverage by eliminating manual work, addressing bottlenecks, and filling data gaps. The goal is to create a unified, intelligent revenue technology stack that enhances efficiency and outcomes across the customer lifecycle, from prospecting to expansion.

Requirements

  • Designed, built, and shipped AI-enabled workflows that are still running in production without direct supervision.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI automation platforms (e.g., Clay, Zapier, Make, Workato, n8n) integrated with CRM, marketing automation, and customer success tools.
  • Working knowledge of prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, AI orchestration, and emerging approaches like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Ability to manage tools effectively, understand APIs at a working level, and collaborate with technical colleagues.
  • Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript is a bonus.
  • Real time spent inside a revenue organization (RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Enablement, or GTM Operations) with a working understanding of GTM processes.
  • Experience using data, dashboards, and reporting to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive decisions.
  • Comfortable working with SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data infrastructure such as Snowflake.
  • Track record of driving adoption across teams without formal authority.
  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize competing demands, and deliver in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Ability to translate between business problems and technical requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Ex-RevOps or GTM Ops builder who went deep on AI tooling and automation.
  • Technical Marketing or Sales Ops specialist from a B2B SaaS company who has built end-to-end workflows across HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and related platforms.
  • Early-stage GTM engineer at a SaaS company who built AI-powered prospecting, scoring, or CS automation.
  • Comfortable being scrappy, learning as you go, and finding solutions through experimentation.

Responsibilities

  • Find and build the highest-leverage AI opportunities by partnering with GTM teams to identify manual work, bottlenecks, and data gaps.
  • Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents across the revenue organization.
  • Own a prioritized backlog of AI and automation opportunities, including defining requirements, prototyping, shipping, measuring impact, and iterating.
  • Research, evaluate, and pilot emerging AI technologies, agent-based workflows, and automation platforms.
  • Own the revenue tech stack as a unified, intelligent system by evaluating, optimizing, and managing integrations of core revenue technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero).
  • Design and document scalable integration logic, workflow architectures, and solution designs.
  • Support GTM operations including lead routing, data enrichment, account prioritization, pipeline management, forecasting, attribution, and revenue intelligence.
  • Define and track clear success metrics for AI initiatives (e.g., time saved, deal velocity, adoption rates, pipeline impact, revenue outcomes).
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to demonstrate ROI of AI and automation investments.
  • Develop documentation, playbooks, and best practice frameworks for non-technical teammates.
  • Apply AI governance principles, human-in-the-loop design, and monitoring practices to ensure solutions are reliable, ethical, and compliant.
