About The Position

Maximus is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the conversion product, including the get-started flow, eligibility and questionnaire experience, plan selection, payment methods, and checkout across various protocols. This role involves executing strategies for organic growth, referral programs, abandonment reclamation, and average order value. The position operates with an AI-first approach, utilizing AI to accelerate testing cycles and increase experiment throughput. The ideal candidate has experience running similar functions at a DTC subscription business with significant scale, a data-driven approach, and a strong understanding of buyer psychology. This is a senior individual contributor role with full ownership of the conversion and organic growth roadmap, reporting to the Head of Product and leading a dedicated engineering pod aligned to the Acquisition task force.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years owning a consumer conversion funnel with direct revenue accountability.
  • Experience running a similar playbook at a DTC subscription business with significant paid spend.
  • Track record on specific funnel and AOV metrics with quantifiable results.
  • Deep experimentation rigor: fluency in writing queries, building dashboards, and using Amplitude.
  • Understanding of significance and sample size in experimentation.
  • Comfort exploring data in BI tools like Looker.
  • Commercial fluency: framing work around LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and contribution margin.
  • Fluency with modern funnel and AI tooling.
  • Experience making the case for platform investment.
  • Existing playbooks for referral and abandonment reclamation.
  • Fluency in paid acquisition mechanics: CAC, marginal efficiency on incremental spend, and how creative impacts downstream possibilities.
  • History of working closely with marketing and creative teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clear documents and explicit tradeoffs.

  • Uphold high standards for experience fundamentals such as form friction, step sequencing, mobile checkout, page performance, trust signals, and error/edge-case handling.
  • Execute pricing strategy downstream in the funnel and propose/run promotions, supported by test design and economic analysis.
  • Own payment method strategy, including platform and infrastructure decisions, in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.
  • Set and own the acquisition product roadmap, developing sequenced bets aligned with company growth objectives in partnership with Marketing.
  • Develop distinct growth strategies by service line, considering different personas, objections, blockers, and economics for each protocol.
  • Ensure continuity between marketing claims (ads, landing pages) and the flow experience, working collaboratively with Marketing.
  • Own the platform and tooling case, using AI tooling to accelerate testing and making the case for investments in the funnel, experimentation, and analytics stack.
  • Drive average order value (AOV) through plan mix, duration adoption, add-on attachment, and bundle presentation.
  • Build in-flow and at-checkout experiences to move customers up the ladder without hurting conversion, and measure both outcomes.
  • Collaborate with finance on the economics of initiatives, including LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and contribution margin.
  • Optimize for durable, scalable growth over short-horizon conversion wins.
  • Own the testing roadmap and cadence, ensuring a high evidence standard for experiments.
  • Increase experiment throughput quarter over quarter.
  • Build practices for trustworthy and reusable experiment results to ensure learnings compound.
