About The Position

About the Role The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing. We are looking for a data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate new user acquisition. This role sits at the center of our growth engine — developing strategy and partnering closely with our product, paid media, web, lifecycle, and analytics teams to design and scale acquisition programs that drive aggressive signup and pipeline growth. What You’ll Achieve Build the new user acquisition roadmap, identify new channels, audiences, and tactics, tying initiatives directly to signup and PQL pipeline goals to achieve aggressive Y|Y growth Develop hypotheses, build experiments, and optimize core acquisition funnels across paid, web, and lifecycle touchpoints Monitor acquisition performance daily/weekly to identify opportunities or risks Work with Analytics to deepen understanding of channel performance, attribution, funnel friction, and cohort behavior. Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to communicate performance and recommendations to stakeholders. Partner with Ops/Martech to ensure proper tracking, data hygiene, and experiment setup. Evaluate new tools and technologies that could strengthen our acquisition engine.

Requirements

  • 7–9+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or similar role in high growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Innovative thinking and passion for understanding how AI is evolving traditional growth marketing tactics
  • Stellar communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in user acquisition, conversion rate, and funnel performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and experimentation tools.
  • Experience collaborating with (but not necessarily managing) paid media, email, and web teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, Webflow/Contentful, Optimizely/VWO, Looker/Mode, or similar.

  • For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $182,000 - $207,000.
  • The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
  • The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
  • In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
