About The Position

As a growth marketing senior analyst, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns to drive growth. This role requires a unique blend of analytical capabilities, creative thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of multiple digital marketing channels, including programmatic video and display, CTV, and YouTube. You will collaborate closely with creative and cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns effectively meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy, preferably with video experience, supporting full-funnel initiatives.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with combined budgets exceeding $1 million annually at an agency or direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with creative teams, providing data-backed direction and translating performance insights into creative opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create actionable insights; basic understanding of SQL is required.
  • Proficiency in major ad platforms including Google Ads/YouTube, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, TheTradeDesk, or similar.
  • Experience with measurement methodologies, such as A/B testing, conversion tracking, attribution, lift studies, and incrementality to improve campaign performance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present information clearly to partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage comprehensive strategies across various campaign types and structures, focusing on programmatic, CTV, and YouTube.
  • Manage day-to-day channel operations, including campaign set-up, budget oversight, optimizations, and performance reporting and diagnostics.
  • Drive channel strategy development, including test design, budget planning, forecasting, and roadmap creation.
  • Develop quantitative analyses and ad hoc reports to support marketing decisions related to marketing spend efficiency, creative effectiveness, audience targeting and return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to inform concept development, asset creation, and creative testing, using data insights for iteration.
  • Partner with the sales team and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, measurement criteria, and execution strategies.
  • Aggregate and distill data from multiple sources to draw actionable insights that drive growth, meet targets, and uncover efficiencies.
  • Identify and implement AI solutions to automate repetitive tasks within the paid media team.
  • Maintain excellence in tracking, tagging, data integrity, and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Stay current on platform updates and broader shifts and trends in marketing.
