Requirements

  • Hunger for challenges and a desire to build and own real outcomes.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bilingual communication skills, comfortable engaging with advertisers on commercial matters and technical teams on algorithmic aspects.
  • Experience with platform-marketing metrics such as ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU.
  • Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular, including understanding postbacks, attribution, and View-Through Attribution.
  • Proven track record of building and growing a book of business measurably.
  • Background in top-tier consulting (MBB) or a scale-up Senior Associate role.
  • Experience using Hex, working within the admin of a rewarded UA platform, or being on the advertiser side of such a platform.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with platform-marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU (onboarding provided if not).
  • Experience managing advertiser or partner accounts in performance marketing, mobile gaming UA, or rewarded UA (development provided if not).
  • Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Experience building and growing a book of business, e.g., increasing account book value significantly.
  • Top-tier consulting (MBB) or scale-up Senior Associate background.
  • Direct experience with Hex, rewarded UA platform admin, or advertiser side of a rewarded UA platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end, acting as the primary contact for growth and issue resolution.
  • Grow revenue by focusing on top-line growth, demonstrating clear communication, self-direction, and openness to data-driven adjustments.
  • Manage ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets per offer, geo, and OS, translating cap-fill outcomes and retention targets into bid adjustments using tools like Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and Almedia's internal Freecash AI.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before advertisers do, anticipating account needs, driving budget increases, geo expansions, and format tests.
  • Serve as a liaison between commercial and technical teams, debugging issues like cost-data drift and coordinating with engineering teams for resolutions.
  • Document and ship improvements to the Growth team's standard operating procedures weekly.
