The Senior Growth Engineer position encompasses all aspects of web and mobile analytics pipelines, data engineering, marketing attribution, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning as they pertain to the measurement and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This is a senior-level position for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing technology role, such as marketing engineering, solutions engineering at a marketing technology company, marketing analytics engineering, or a comparable position deeply embedded in the marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a deep, hands-on understanding of attribution across both app and web environments, including direct experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Kochava. You should have a strong grasp of incrementality testing methodologies, particularly matched-market (geo-lift) experimentation, and some exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) concepts and tools. Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Python, SQL, and Git are core expectations for the role. The ideal candidate will also have experience in client-facing roles, as client consultation and support are core aspects of the position. You will be expected to demonstrate a deep familiarity with the marketing technology landscape, including attribution platforms, measurement frameworks, and the tools and infrastructure we use to provide our services.
