About The Position

Monte Carlo is hiring a Senior Growth Account Executive to grow a portfolio of existing enterprise customers. The role focuses on expanding Monte Carlo from an initial data team into additional business units, use cases, and budgets, as customers deploy AI agents in production. The successful candidate will proactively identify expansion opportunities rather than focus primarily on renewals. The position owns 15–25 existing accounts representing approximately $5 million in ARR and carries an annual quota of approximately $1.2 million, with roughly six expansion deals of about $325,000 each. The account executive maps customer organizations, develops internal pipeline, builds relationships from practitioner to executive sponsor, leads executive and quarterly business reviews, creates account plans, and drives complex enterprise sales cycles from initial signal through close. The role works with sales engineers, customer success, and sales leadership, and includes on-site customer meetings. Monte Carlo is a remote-first company building data and agent observability solutions for enterprise AI reliability. The company describes its compensation as competitive and includes equity. It is committed to an inclusive workplace and equal opportunity employment.
