About The Position

1Password is growing rapidly and is a recognized leader in the cybersecurity space, consistently appearing on the Forbes Cloud 100. Apono is now part of 1Password, and together they are shaping the future of identity security for humans, machines, and AI agents. Over 180,000 businesses trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt SaaS and AI tools. The company delivers just-in-time, just-enough access governance, enhancing productivity without compromising security. This role is for a Sr Group Manager of Product to lead Apono’s product team and oversee the entire Apono platform, including its integration with 1Password. It's a hands-on leadership position requiring strong product judgment, people leadership, execution discipline, and a deep care for customers and teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating cohesiveness across the platform, ensuring that different product areas, user experiences, workflows, and integrations form a clear and powerful product. The role reports directly to the Director of Product, requiring ongoing visibility into roadmap progress, execution risks, release readiness, and product impact. Collaboration with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success, and leadership is essential to ensure the right products are built in the right way for customers. This is a remote opportunity within the US, with a focus on the East Coast.
