About The Position

This role is a fully dedicated position within TAG’s Creative organization, serving as a key creative partner to the Chapter Marketing team. The Senior Graphic & Digital Designer will lead the design, development, and production of marketing and campaign materials across various digital platforms, including web, email/CRM, social media, display advertising, and national/regional advertising. Essential skills include expertise in Figma, a strong understanding of digital production techniques, and a mobile-first approach. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop and maintain design standards, contribute to campaign concepting, and build style guides and design systems to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all guest touchpoints. A keen eye for typography, layout, color, and UI, along with the ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment, is crucial.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Proven track record delivering creative solutions from concept through final execution.
  • Strong, digitally focused portfolio.
  • Experience designing for health/beauty, retail, or luxury brands.
  • Figma expert.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience.
  • Basic video editing and photo retouching/manipulation experience.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and production for a range of marketing and/or content materials.
  • Develop appropriate design solutions within campaign thematic and brand guidelines for selling services, brand messages, or educating customers.
  • Ensure assigned projects meet all production specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Employ appropriate digital techniques, including animation, video, and micro-interactions.
  • Concept and develop new integrated marketing solutions in partnership with other creative team members.
  • Focus on thematic brand approach, visual and voice standards, activation ideas, and tactical promotion to support brand vision and drive engagement.
  • Assist in the creation of final style guides for internal and external partners.
  • Produce accurate and complete work, including versioning for review sessions.
  • Execute proof corrections within the dictated time frame.
  • Prep and release files.
  • Execute iterative creative assets for test & learn environments.
  • Accurately tag and upload work into proper tools, including the DAM.
  • Develop plans for new asset creation in conjunction with the Creative Director and other team partners.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with the studio crew.
  • Select and edit photographic assets, following agreed-upon design direction.
  • Create/edit video, GIFs, and other digital assets.
  • Create infographics and other engaging content to explain processes, tell the brand story, and advance nurture streams.
  • Drive open rates and clicks through content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest production techniques and creative designs in the retail, healthcare, and digital industries.
  • Research related subject matter to ensure visual and voice authenticity in creative.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure creative output aligns with brand direction and storytelling goals.
  • Partner with the Performance team to understand creative performance and use data to inform future work.
  • Work within the COE (Center of Excellence) to learn about creative best practices across TAG companies and apply relevant learnings.
