About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer manages graphic design-related marketing efforts from concept to delivery, creating original artwork and reviewing drafts to ensure the highest quality. This role involves creating and maintaining digital and print marketing collateral that builds brand presence internally and externally, generating fresh concepts that adhere to brand guidelines, and promoting the firm’s vision through high-quality graphic content. The designer will manage and review graphics for external communications across social media, email campaigns, and microsites, develop presentations, and coordinate specialized printing. Key aspects of the role include self-checking work for accuracy, active participation in team meetings, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to feedback, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The position requires a passion for discovering new trends in graphic design and UI/UX, communicating ideas effectively, and coordinating with partners and consultants. Depending on studio needs, Senior Graphic Designers may also be billable and work on client projects, support firmwide initiatives, and perform other related tasks as needed.
