About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer concepts and designs brand campaigns in partnership with creatives across disciplines, including campaign development, editorial design, product design, brand identity development, motion graphics, experiential design, and presentation design. The role works independently as the sole graphic designer on some projects and leads small teams on projects requiring additional support. It calls for a collaborative designer with a strong creative point of view, refined design sensibility, technical design skills, and the ability to create compelling visual work across print, digital, social, and experiential media. The position is based at the Wpromote x Giant Spoon NYC headquarters Tuesday through Thursday each week, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. The designer develops campaign graphic systems and assets, maintains brand standards, art directs projects and pitches, creates presentations, manages print and digital production, works with vendors and production teams, and supports experiential initiatives on site. The role also involves managing the day-to-day work of junior team members.
