About The Position

We’re seeking a talented and creative Senior / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer at JustFoodForDogs, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring that our marketing materials, packaging, and digital assets effectively communicate our brand values and engage our audience. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to produce compelling graphics that resonate with our customers and reflect our commitment to high-quality pet nutrition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, ora relatedfield.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within theDTC,consumergoodsor pet care industry.
  • ProficiencyinFigma,Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
  • A strong portfolioshowcasingyour design skills, creativity, and ability to produce high-quality work across different mediums.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Branding & Visual Identity:Develop andmaintainthe visual identity of theJustFoodForDogsbrand across various platforms, including digitalandprint
  • Marketing Collateral:Design eye-catching and effective marketing materials such asstore signage, direct mail pieces,social mediacontent,display ads, and webbanners.
  • Digital Assets:Design engaging and user-friendly graphics for our website, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborative Projects:Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that support company goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Quality Control:Ensure all designs are of the highest quality and align with our brand guidelines and strategicobjectives.
  • Trend Analysis:Stayup-to-datewith the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our designs are fresh and relevant.
