About The Position

As a Senior Graphic Designer on Vuori’s Print Team, this role shapes how consumers experience the Vuori brand through print, including in-store and wholesale environments, events, and mail catalogs. Reporting to the Senior Art Director, the designer creates and produces retail signage, window graphics, point-of-purchase displays, packaging, and collateral for physical environments. The role works with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver creative work that meets high standards for quality, consistency, and innovation. The position supports the development of store creative assets, creates production-ready artwork across retail formats, develops printed catalogs and lookbooks, and contributes to brand visualization toolkits and packaging. It also supports spatial planning and retail buildouts, maintains design resources, researches trends, and helps guide junior designers when appropriate.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional design experience within an agency, in-house team, or lifestyle/fashion brand environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in retail design, layout, typography, packaging, and large-format applications.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, and in Figma.
Deep understanding of print production processes, including large-format printing, file setup, and fabrication techniques.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and experience creating documents for vendors and fabricators.
Familiarity with retail fixture systems, in-store construction, materials, and visual merchandising standards.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, and confidence presenting and defending creative work.
Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented approach and drive to elevate creative output and advance concepts.
Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly through sketching or rapid concept development.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support the Art Director in developing and executing store creative assets, including in-store imagery, signage, window displays, tradeshow and wholesale environments, and NSO barricades.
Develop original concepts and translate them into mechanical files, die-lines, and production-ready artwork for a range of retail formats.
Prepare, manipulate, and batch export large-format print files and CAD files for Vuori store locations.
Design and develop product marketing storytelling for printed catalogs and lookbooks.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising, Store Design, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure consistent brand expression and high-quality execution across physical touchpoints.
Assist in developing brand visualization toolkits, product packaging, hangtags, and in-store collateral.
Review vendor documents and drawings, including fixtures, furniture, and signage, and coordinate with vendors and creatives to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery.
Contribute to spatial planning and store layouts, focusing on customer flow and localized in-store experiences.
Support on-site retail buildouts by executing the design vision and assisting with fixture and graphic installation.
Maintain and organize design libraries, templates, and assets for team use.
Provide creative input and trend research to evolve in-store storytelling and enhance customer engagement.
Guide and support junior designers when appropriate.
Present work clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring deliverables meet standards for quality, consistency, and timeliness.
