About The Position

Superior Glove is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a strategic mindset, capable of producing exceptional work across digital and print platforms. This role is based at Superior Glove's Global Headquarters in Acton, Ontario, and offers a hybrid work environment with regular onsite collaboration required. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual communications that strengthen the brand and support business objectives, while also enjoying creative challenges and balancing multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience across print and digital marketing channels.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related applications.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, typography, print production, digital design, and visual communication principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management platforms such as Asana.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
  • A professional portfolio of relevant work is required as part of your application.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Industrial or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, web, email, social media, packaging, advertising, events, presentations, and other marketing channels.
  • Execute creative work across multiple disciplines including graphic design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, and video as required.
  • Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and business objectives into compelling visual communications.
  • Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations.
  • Coordinate project timelines, communicate progress, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
  • Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final deliverables.
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of Superior Glove's brand standards, design systems, templates, and creative assets.
  • Provide guidance and day-to-day design support to junior and intermediate designers.
  • Recommend improvements to creative workflows, processes, and team efficiencies while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
