Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a Senior Grants Manager on our Fond du Lac Campus. The Senior Grants Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Moraine Park Technical College’s grant development, management, compliance, and reporting functions. This position leads institutional efforts to identify, secure, implement, and sustain external funding opportunities that align with the College’s mission, strategic priorities, workforce needs, and student success initiatives. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field., five years of progressively responsible experience in grant writing, grants management, sponsored programs administration, institutional advancement, project management, or related areas and three years of experience demonstrating leadership, which may include supervision, project management, or leading cross-functional initiatives, with responsibility for influencing outcomes, supporting others, and driving results.
