Position summary A Senior Grants Management Analyst functions in a senior level grants management capacity and must provide off-site grants support services. The grants support services performed must be in conformance with all Government regulations and policies including 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance; and other Governmental regulations and policies as appropriate. The primary focus of grants management must be Grants and Cooperative Agreements with direct recipients, as discussed in the introduction section. A Senior Grants Management Analyst must have mastery knowledge and skill of concepts, principles, policies, procedures, and practices to plan and carry out all activities related to the highly complex aspects in Federal grants management sufficient to provide expert technical advice and consultation in all grants management areas including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation to program managers and other leadership staff.
