The Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that position Pearl Interactive Network ("Pearl") as an employer of choice while attracting top talent across multiple business lines. This role combines strategic talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital engagement, and workforce intelligence to ensure Pearl maintains a competitive advantage in acquiring exceptional talent. Unlike a traditional recruiter, the Senior GTM Recruiter owns the candidate attraction strategy from initial market analysis through candidate engagement, leveraging digital marketing, social media, employment branding, and data analytics to build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
