The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization at Microsoft is central to its mission of empowering individuals and organizations globally. This team focuses on accelerating customer transformation by leveraging the extensive enterprise partner ecosystem, including systems integrators, ISVs, and model partners, to deliver impactful solutions at scale. As a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager for Global System Integrators (GSIs), you will manage a portfolio of these partners, leading global go-to-market strategies, joint marketing investments, and execution. Your responsibilities will include driving marketing-influenced pipeline and co-sell opportunities, collaborating with global and regional sales and marketing teams. The role is designed to increase Microsoft and partner revenue by planning, executing, and implementing effective GTM initiatives for services and solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud, with a focus on AI-led business transformation. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and target markets, utilizing best practices and resources from Microsoft and its partners. This involves defining marketing strategies, developing and measuring campaigns, creating solution launch plans, crafting 'better together' messaging, initiating demand generation, accelerating pipeline, and managing joint Public Relations and event marketing. You will ensure efficient execution of partner marketing plans, optimize investment utilization, and provide insights to adjust plans towards business goals and KPIs. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is key, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners to foster growth in marketing skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge, while contributing to team and Microsoft success. This leadership role requires proven ability in developing and executing successful global go-to-market initiatives with business partners, navigating executive stakeholders, and understanding strategy, product, sales, business development, and marketing functions.
