About The Position

Sr Identity and Access Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration of user identities as they relate to access and authorization to various technologies and shared resources across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • 3 years of experience in related IT field.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory (or third party overlay), Access Control Lists, etc.
  • Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
  • Good understanding of Information Security Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills operating directory systems in a complex global organization.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM ticketing tool sets (Remedy or ServiceNow preferred).
  • Good understanding of single sign-on solutions.
  • Basic understanding of LDAP.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise level applications running across multiple platforms.
  • Analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS, SharePoint/Office 365, Cicsco WebEx and SCCM Remote Control Viewer.
  • A credit history check from a national credit bureau will be conducted for all candidates for this position including new hires and current employees seeking promotion or transfer.
  • This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

Nice To Haves

  • ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or technology related field highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manages user account and access permissions across multiple applications and operating systems running on various platforms - Active Directory, Livelink, Right Fax, etc, to include; . Create, modify and remove accounts in accordance with Gulfstream policy.
  • Create folders and security groups .
  • Provide permissions based on current Standard Operating Procedures and Security Policies.
  • Manage Points of Contact (POCs) for all shared network folders.
  • Standardize shared network resources per requirements.
  • Works closely with Information Security Operations to ensure all permissions granted have necessary approval and documentation.
  • Grant and remove local admin and super user rights per approved request.
  • Maintain accurate and current data on each user group and resource focusing on owners and points of contact (POCs).
  • Create new directories with appropriate security permissions per customer requests.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures for identity and access management.
  • Perform development and maintenance of Knowledge Base for account maintenance processes.
  • Work with configuration management and ITSM tools team to audit AD data against CMDB data, address discrepancies, and maintain integrity of the data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
