Summary of Roles and Responsibilities: The Senior Consultant will have the following roles and responsibilities: Lead consulting engagements with utility customers to assess their current GIS and define a clear roadmap for migrating to the Esri Utility Network. Provide expert-level advice on Esri Utility Network schema design, implementation, best practices, and integration with other systems. Develop customized strategies for utility customers, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the Esri Utility Network. Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in designing, configuring, and deploying Esri Utility Network solutions that align with clients’ business needs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success from concept through execution. Provide post-implementation support and guidance to ensure long-term customer success. Required Education/Experience The Senior Professional must have the following education, experience, skills, and knowledge: 5+ years of experience in GIS consulting, with significant experience in the utility sector. Expertise in the Esri Utility Network and related Esri technologies (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, etc.). Proven experience in developing and executing implementation roadmaps for utility companies. Strong knowledge of utility business processes (electric, gas, water, etc.). Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams through complex implementations. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Desired Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration of GIS with other enterprise systems is a plus.
