This role will help ensure GEOINT collection requirements are effectively synchronized, emerging capabilities are transitioned into operations, and mission priorities are aligned across traditional and non-traditional GEOINT sources.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED), including real-time and activity-based collection.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large, multi-source datasets, performing data sensemaking, assessing model output confidence/reliability, developing automated collection strategies, and working with data scientists.
  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging overhead sensors and GEOINT capabilities.
  • Experience with automated collection strategies and inferencing methodologies that derive insights from temporal and spatial datasets.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a program management or professional environment, including support to geographically separated client locations.
  • Experience with NSG focus areas and GEOINT collection management structures.
  • Experience with NSG/IC collaborative tools supporting GEOINT collection, production, and visualization.
  • Ability to develop and sustain mission relationships across the IC.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with NRO stakeholders in support of future GEOINT architecture.
  • Ability to synchronize mission requirements, identify redundancies and conflicts, and review priorities for traditional and non-traditional GEOINT tasking.
  • Experience supporting the transition and integration of new or modified National capabilities into operational environments.

  • Experience researching, evaluating, and documenting unique and non-traditional NTM sensor capabilities.
  • Operational experience with vector data.
  • Experience supporting GEOINT source strategy, collection management, source persistence, or capability integration.
  • Experience coordinating across NGA, NRO, the IC, and DoW stakeholders.
