About The Position

Providing direct, on-site and daily leadership and management for a large NAWCAD engineering, prototyping and fabrication contract. Acting as the single point of authority for the entire contracted effort. Providing strategic leadership and executive oversight, holding ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction. Directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites, establishing program goals and procedures while managing all contractual and financial aspects of the program. Serving as the primary strategic interface with senior government leadership. Delivering high-level briefings on program status, milestones, and overall performance. This position is contingent upon award.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and ten years of relevant experience
• Or an Associate’s degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline and two years additional work experience
• Or High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and six years additional work experience
• Of the minimum years of experience required, at least 5 of those years must be as a manager of a production facility
• Extensive experience as the primary interface and single point of authority for the entire contracted effort
• Experience providing strategic leadership and executive oversight, holding ultimate accountability for contract performance, financial execution, and customer satisfaction
• Experience directing the efforts of cross functional teams and subordinate managers across multiple operational sites
• Demonstrated experience establishing program goals and procedures while managing all contractual and financial aspects of the program
• Demonstrated experience delivering high-level briefings on program statue, milestones, and overall performance
• U.S. CITIZENSHIP
• U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL

• 10+ year’s experience managing production facilities
