About The Position

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Senior Games Technician (SGT) to join their team. This role is for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fun environment, troubleshooting, building, and repairing games, attractions, and technical equipment while providing excellent guest service. SGTs also play a key role in training and developing Support Tech teams. Requirements

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics.
• Able to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshooting down to the component level and performing repairs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency with a 'You Got It!' attitude.
• Ability to teach others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
