About The Position

Dave & Buster’s is looking for Senior Game Techs (SGTs) who are the best of the best! This role is for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a unique, fun-filled environment. SGTs are responsible for building, troubleshooting, and repairing games, attractions, and technical equipment while providing excellent guest service. Requirements

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to teach others.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Build, troubleshoot, and repair games, attractions, and technical equipment.
• Deliver unparalleled guest service.
• Train and develop Support Tech teams.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work off an extension ladder.
• Work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
