About The Position

Dave & Buster’s is looking for a Senior Game Technician (SGT) to join their team. This role involves hands-on work fixing games, attractions, and technical equipment in a fun environment, while also providing excellent guest service. SGTs play a key role in training and developing Support Tech teams. The position offers opportunities for career growth, competitive wages, and benefits.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of electro-mechanics.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot down to the component level and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver Friendly, Available, & Memorable guest service.
• Strong sense of urgency with a You Got It! attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work off an extension ladder.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
