About The Position

Amber is looking for an experienced Senior Game Economy Designer to join their team. The designer will impact various games in Amber's portfolio, spanning different genres and platforms. The position involves crafting deep economies, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The application process includes profile preselection, interviews, an online test, and a technical interview.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a game economy designer, or equivalent background
• Expert knowledge of free-to-play economy and monetization fundamentals
• Advanced understanding of game metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Proven experience mentoring junior team members
• Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Extensive experience using common economy design tools, like Excel
• Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
• CV and Portfolio submitted in English

• Passionate about Tokenomic, Gamefi, Token issuance, or engaging players with this new genre

Responsibilities

• Play a senior economy design role on several world-class game projects

• Work closely with game designers, artists, and programmers to turn your ideas into reality
• Champion the discipline of economy design by mentoring and giving feedback
