About The Position

The Senior Funding Analyst is responsible for auditing other funding analysts, training, and the verification of credit application information, including customer identity, monthly income, and address verification. Requirements

Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Sound computer skills including basic internet and Microsoft Office Products.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Customer service experience.
Adherence to Company Values: Respect, Intelligence, Greatness, Honesty, Teamwork.

Nice To Haves

1-year related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit other Funding Analysts work to ensure compliance and policy adherence.
Notate and approve any exceptions found during audits.
Perform all Funding Analyst duties.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and customers.
Verify the accuracy of documents.
Verify the accuracy of income calculations.
Enter data into the Loan Operating System.
Answer inbound inquiries via messaging systems and phones.
Reconcile customer applications and contracts.
Train new hires.
Fully understand company policy.
Understand the disbursement tab to determine correct fees, flat, and total disbursed amounts.
Set a good example through dress, attendance, and knowledge, as they are held to a higher standard.
Perform other duties as assigned.
