Senior Functional Consultant needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may telecommute] to Work on implementing and supporting products like Demand Planning, and Supply Planning. Provide solution for usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads, and validating the e2e workflows. Identify design issues in existing setups and solve the business problems by configuring and deploying. Able to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure. Apply advanced knowledge of post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases. Ensure customer SLAs are met with. Work on increasing user adoption by conducting periodic reviews with the customer collecting their feedback and working internally with the R&D team in having those added to the product roadmap. Mentor junior analysts/consultants. Work on Data Visualization using Tableau or Power BI. Utilize statistical, optimization and simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, and Python. Create planning functional test-cases and work on bugs/issues and track the progress through to closure utilizing R and Python. Apply advanced knowledge of post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases. Utilize databases including SQL Server and MySQL. Work with Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Requirements

Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
2 years of experience in implementing and supporting products like Demand Planning, and Supply Planning
2 years of experience in creating planning functional test-cases and work on bugs/issues and track the progress through to closure utilizing R and Python
2 years of experience in applying advanced knowledge of post-go-live for maintaining, debugging, and enhancing various planning use cases
2 years of experience in utilizing databases including SQL Server and MySQL
2 years of experience in working with Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI

Responsibilities
