The role focuses on enabling customers to derive maximum value from their Workday investment through a variety of innovative services. Team members are expected to provide excellent customer service, understand business requirements, share industry best practices, adapt to challenging situations, develop system configuration solutions, articulate product capabilities, and manage design decisions. They will support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects and find reward in helping customers become more self-sufficient, stabilize and optimize their Workday applications, and learn about new features. The variety of services and unexpected challenges are noted as keeping the job exciting and fresh, with a highly collaborative team environment that allows members to demonstrate their strengths daily. Consultants will share expertise with customers on various 'Ask-an-Expert' requests, which involve research, delivering small-scope consulting, providing configuration guidance, troubleshooting product configuration, and communicating responses and value clearly. They will also partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver services such as Feature Adoption Workshops, Functional Reviews, and Health Checks. Additional services include Collaboration Crews, Accelerator Webinars, Feature Accelerators, and Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews.
